Just as the name implies, we are available to help with your current Watchguard outage.

Given we are local to Jacksonville, FL our on-site capabilities are limited to the region. However, if there is an on-site resource willing to be the hands, eyes and ears, we can connect remotely (via a Cellular hot spot or some other Internet connected option). We can start a web conference to help you get back up and running as fast as possible.

Monday - Friday 8am-6pm EST = $150 /hr (1 hour minimum)

All other timeframes = $250/hr (1 hour minimum)

Keep in mind if you have an active support agreement with Watchguard, you likely already have a support contract.  The benefit of selecting [c14g] is you don't have to hassle with escalations. You get a "level 3" engineer, right from the start.

**Please be aware without knowledge of your network, we are limited in our ability to provide help outside of the Watchguard Firebox. We can look at the Watchguard logs if you need proof the firewall is blocking or not blocking something, but beyond that, Line of Business applications are not our responsibility**
